Newbie Project #12: How to get the most of your index.html

We all do it! We all make free sites or avs or some other business related sites, from those sites you mirror the index (copy your index page, want to know more about mirror sites, check here http://www.adultnetsurprise.com/newbiezone/projects_4.phtml), why you mirror them, easy to submit those mirrors to the linksites to get traffic! Now you have about 5 to 10 mirror pages you use to get traffic to your site,but what are you going to do with your index?

I myself never use the index.html to submit to linksites, I keep it for myself... Why? Because keeping that page for myself I can put on what ever I want, I can make it an bannerfarm, I can list all my free sites on it,I can make fake linksites on it, fake tgp linksites, hub etc etc! See your index page as one big full page add, you can make the opportunities endless, you can lead the surfer from page to page ending somewhere you want them to end or keep them in a porn trap of course!

Think with this project the same as project #2 and #3 stand alone pages
(one page wonders http://www.adultnetsurprise.com/newbiezone/projects_2.phtml and http://www.adultnetsurprise.com/newbiezone/projects_3.phtml)only then on your index!
With other words if you only use your index.html for the same as you have on your mirror pages and you don't submit the index to linksites you loose money, because you don't use every opportunity to get all out of your index page!

How to start:
Easy, think first of a plan. Do you want the index niche related to the site where the index belongs to? If so make a nice lay out and put all the links you can find of the specific niche from sponsors on that page, also your own free sites, avs sites, galleries etc etc:

Example #1:
This is an shemale free site of mine with an mirror page: Click Here From the index of that site I made a niche specific hub and put that on my index page: Click Here At the bottom I also put a main link to the main of the free site, so surfers can get to the free pics!

Example #2:
A index with variety links, free sites, sponsor paysites: This is the mirror page submitted at linksites: Click Here This is the index filled with all kind of stuff: Click Here

Example #3:
Again niche related but then not only a bunch of links, but a story related to the niche, its good for search engines because a lot of keywords will be find this way! This is the mirror page submitted at linksites: Click Here This is the index of that page, I used here the story way: Click Here Also here a link at the bottom to the main page of the free site!

If you don't want a lot of links on your index page, then at least put a blur behind it where you filter your traffic to your other stuff or if you say, nope I want to leave my index.html alone well make an index.htm then, also a very good way to make a hub or other links on! Are you a smart person use both index.html and index.htm then you can make on both pages different hubs or what ever!

Get Traffic:
Ok so you make those page, but how to get traffic if you don't submit them to linksites? Easy (and don't shoot me for that because it is easy)! When you make a free site or avs site put a link on your main page or one of the galleries (also called feeder sites) Of Course you can submit those index pages to the search engines (more info about search engines here http://www.adultnetsurprise.com/searchenginezone/) And for the ones who still don't know: post your url next to your nick name when you post on the ANS boards, your site will be sooner in the search engines, then with submitting! Reason: because search engine bots are crawling the boards daily because the boards are constantly changing with messages! Put the links on half page or full page adds you make for your sites etc etc!

Final Word:
This project is also very handy in combination with project #11:filter your traffic Filter your traffic on your index page is a great way to do, so read project #11 and work that out on your index pages!
