What's A Virtual Page Or One Page Wonders?
These are individual pages designed specifically for 1 purpose. Usually to target a specific search engine. These are basically full page ads and such which are usually linked directly to a sponsor and are submitted to search engines only. As has been staed each SE works differently. Therefore a virtual page is designed in ways to target specific SE's for specific search keywords or phrases.

What's A Money Bar?
These are advertising tables usually put at the top and bottom of pages. Free hosting ads that you see at the tops and bottoms of pages would be considered money bars.

Filtering is a method of guiding a surfer to a specific destination. This is what happens when a surfer cancels his membership with the sponsor via his credit card company. Chargebacks will result in cancelation of referral fees paid to the webmaster.

Hyper Text Markup Language: The standard for encoding webpages in a uniformed fashion.
