How Do They Do That?

If you are like me when I was a started I use to always wonder how the hell do folks put up so many sites, manually submit to link list, SE's, etc... and know so much stuff. Well, after being around for awhile I figured out it was steam lining your biz and making things as simple as possible.

Valueable information is a great asset and it helps to keep it in a quick reference format. In my opinion, quick reference means cut and paste. Keep things simple and easy to find. Make documents in notepad or whatever fits you as long as it's quick and simple for you. You can even make html pages with quick reference links for your sites, link list, or whatever fulfills "YOUR" needs.

Personally I like notepad. I have files for every link list I submit to, files for SE's, tgp's, java scripts, meta tags, resources, etc... all copy and paste. It takes alittle time to first set up but if you are into this for the long haul it's worth it. Because after the initial document is made it's just a matter of adding to it from then on.

It has been my experience that people can do things so quickly because everything is in quick reference. As you go you can accumulate many resources. Everytime you find a new one add it to your list and before long you have hundreds of resources.

Here's a few things for you to do...

Make pre-made tables with all your favorite links so you can just copy and paste into what ever page you need. Have a search engine page directly linked to the submit pages so you can quickly go directly to and submit to the SE's. Have a general premade meta to copy and paste into your page then add the specifics concerning your site. Have a premade resource document in notepad or where ever to have quick reference links to your favorite resources. Have premade site templates so all you have to do is pop in pics to make a new site. Cut and paste is the way to go as far as I'm concerned. Make life as simple as possible for yourself.
Store valuable resources in a quick reference format so you don't have to waste time finding them again. If you have premade templates, premade metas, link list links that are cut and paste, SE links that are cut and paste, etc... you can build sites quick as well as submit them very quickly. Instead of typing everything over and over, take a few seconds, open notepad, and write out your URL, decripts, recip links, e-mail address, whatever. Then when you submit to SE's, link list, whatever, it's still a quick copy and paste. This will half your time in submissions if you plan ahead and have everything ready and done before you start. Think simple, store everything you learn in a quick reference format and go. No need to continually do things over and over if you can do it once and store it.
