 We all make them. You get blacklisted for try to screw over the 
 LL.

 a long time ago. If you build a nice site, no fpas, 2 or 3 links 
 per page, etc... you'll get listed.

 site. But I have found that it pays. Showing the surfer something 
 new can increase sales in my opinion.

 and loads First .. to give them someting to click on while they
